Three Cheers Pub Co. have launched their new winter food and drinks menus at their seven south London pubs, all of which will be available from today until the end of December.
The seasonal set menus are specific to each pub, but all feature festive classics alongside some more unexpected additions.
Highlights include rum-cured gravadlax and chicken liver parfait for starters, followed by pork belly and bacon wrapped turkey ballotine with all the trimmings. Indulgent desserts include Oreo and Baileys cheesecake, and fried Nutella gnocchi served with banana ice cream.
The pub group has also devised a limited-edition burger, which will be available at both lunch and dinner. ‘The Rudolph’ is made from British venison mince, and topped with melted Stilton, caramelised onions, cranberry and gherkin, served with a portion of hand-cut chips.
A new cocktail list sees some exciting new options, such as a Cigar-Infused Old Fashioned, and a Smooth Velvet – a vodka-based cocktail featuring rose syrup, apple juice and cooked beetroot. Seasonal classics such as hot spiced rum punch, hot toddies and mulled wine will be on offer at all pubs in the run up to Christmas.
Co-founder Tom Peake said, “Our team have been working hard to produce some fantastic new dishes and cocktails for this Christmas. We are particularly excited about the launch of The Rudolph – our burgers have been a huge hit since we started and we wanted to have a bit of fun with this one.”
The Christmas set lunch menu is available Monday to Friday lunchtimes, and early evening, priced at £18 for two courses and £21 for three courses. The set dinner menu is priced at £29.50 for three courses and is available from Monday to Saturday.
The Avalon, The Bolingbroke, The Rosendale and The Stonhouse will all be serving dinner on Christmas Day (25 December).
