B Corp PR and marketing agency, Voice Communications, has moved its Cornwall office to Nansledan, in Newquay, following recent expansion.
Previously situated in the Feel Good Building in Newquay, the move sees Voice Communications take on a bigger office in a community that aligns with the agency’s values.
Following its acquisition of Cornish PR and marketing agency Barefoot Media, the Voice Communications team grew by three members, driving the need for larger offices.
The two agencies have also seen recent business growth, taking on several new clients, including The Cornish Oven, Housel Bay Hotel, JPS, and Tollesbury Climate Partnership. Voice is hoping that a bigger premises in a more prominent location will help continue this growth.
Nichola Cain, Founder of Voice Communications, said: “We are thrilled that we have moved our Cornwall office to the wonderful Nansledan, an area of Newquay that I have always loved, and I’m delighted that Voice’s growth has made this possible.”
The office on Stret Kosti Veur Woles was previously home to fellow B Corp agency Solve Web Media which has found a new home at a larger office in Nansledan following exceptional business growth.
Nichola continued: “We have formed a great bond with the Solve team after meeting them last year and I know just how much our values align with one another, so it feels right that we are the new custodians of their former office. We can’t wait to settle in and integrate ourselves into this wonderful community – the future of Voice Communications is looking very bright.”
The office has a light and airy feel and is filled with earthy tones. The team has plans to source a range of indoor plants and artwork inspired by personal interests and the local area.
The Nansledan development is a Duchy of Cornwall project and includes homes, shops and offices with sustainability and community-centric values at its heart. Each street name is displayed in Cornish and draws upon prominent characters and locations from the Legend of King Arthur; an idea offered by King Charles in his previous role as Prince of Wales and head of the duchy to tie the area with enchanted Cornish village Tintagel a few miles up the coast from Newquay.
As a member of the B Corp community, the planet and its people are at the forefront of everything Voice Communications does, so it was vital that an office space was chosen that could match those values. The Nansledan development strives to be low-carbon and energy efficient, while using natural and local building materials to create a calm, cohesive and modern environment to live, shop and work.
In addition to the Cornwall office, Voice Communications has an office in Layer Marney Tower in Essex and a hub in Bristol. The agency offers PR and marketing solutions to clients in a range of sectors, including hospitality, construction, food and drink, and events.
Voice Communications’ new address is 1 Chi, Street Ewyn, Stret Kosti Veur Woles, Nansledan, Newquay, TR8 4GZ. All other contact details remain the same. For more information on Voice Communications, visit www.voicecommunications.co.uk.
