South West housing developer Gilbert & Goode is seeking to recruit a new board member to join the team of experienced non-executives.
The company, which has been a part of Ocean Housing Group Ltd since 2005, is looking for a candidate with strong financial and risk management skills.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Gilbert and Goode is a profitable and sustainable residential developer which contributes to the charitable aims of the group, with its profits gift-aided back into Ocean to invest in social housing.

The new board member will also become a member of the Ocean Housing Group’s Audit and Assurance Committee, which maintains a strong oversight of the Group’s activities on behalf of the Group Board.
The annual salary for the role is £5,000 and start date is the 1st of April 2022. Candidates have until 5pm on Monday 31st January to apply, and interviews will take place on Friday 18th February.
