Housel Bay Hotel, a Cornish hotel on the southernmost tip of the UK, has announced the dates for its Spring Yoga & Wellness Retreat.
The retreat will run from 21–23 April 2023, and be led by Kate Batchelor from the Yoga Batch. An intimate retreat, spaces are limited to six people with all levels of ability welcome.
Perched on the clifftop above Housel Bay, the hotel is on the frontier between the rugged Cornish coastline and the Celtic Sea. A destination focused on slow-paced adventure, returning to nature and with a wonderfully isolated location free from the bustle, everyday stresses and, occasionally, phone signal, the hotel is the perfect place to host a retreat for those in need of a refresh.
The spring retreat, which will include a two night stay, two evening meals, Cornish breakfast and a full programme of yoga, including guided meditation sessions, will leave guests feeling re-energised and refocused.

Situated on the AONB Lizard Peninsula, guests on the hotel-based retreat can take advantage of the South West Coast Path running directly in front of the hotel, the low-tide-accessible beach at the foot of the cliffs as well as the nearby Lizard Lighthouse or popular Kynance Cove.
Prices for the Spring Yoga & Wellness Retreat start at £448 for single occupancy and £737 for double occupancy.
The hotel is also hosting an Autumn Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat later in the year which will take place from 6–8 October 2023.
