A seafront Cornish hotel has launched a limited time offer where guests can get 30% off two night stays between 1 October and 20 December when booked by Friday 8 September.
The autumn offer, which was launched today, will be available for the next two weeks. It can be redeemed by using the code ‘flash30’ at checkout.
Housel Bay hotel is situated on the remote Lizard peninsula, an AONB and the most southerly point in Britain. Its location offers a bounty of stunning vistas, walking opportunities, beaches, fishing coves and nearby attractions.
Commenting on the offer, hotel GM Alfred Mesropians said: “As we come into a lovely bank holiday weekend, we wanted to share this treat to make it even better. It’s a great opportunity for those looking for a quick rejuvenating stay by the coast.
“Autumn really is a great time to visit us at Housel Bay. The crowds have dissipated and the pace from a busy summer slows leading to the perfect time for a relaxed visit spent taking in the scenery, enjoying beaches to yourself and exploring at your own pace.”
The hotel is home to two restaurants, the flagship Fallowfields serving the very best seasonal dishes from its tasting menu, and the slightly more casual Terrace restaurant. Marconi’s Bar, named after the previous famous hotel guest Guglielmo Marconi, is serving up the drinks.
Mesropians continued: “On the crisp blue sky days there’s nowhere better than being on the coast taking in the scenery and spotting the abundant wildlife with seabirds, seals and dolphins all being regular visitors to our shores.
“Our exposed position on the very southern tip of the country means guests can enjoy the spectacle of the ever-changing sea conditions and resulting storms. Our stretch of coast was once known as the ‘Graveyard of Ships’, and can be fantastically dramatic. This makes the perfect excuse to stay curled up in bed, or by the log fire with drink in hand in our bar or snug area.”
A full list of the offers and packages at the hotel, which includes mini breaks, retreats and food-focused escapes, is available on Housel Bay’s website.
